A DisCOthon is a DisCO-themed public hackathon combining tech, art, music and human-centered educational and collaborative resources. They occupy a middle ground between more expository introductory talks and workshops and the more involved mentoring of the DisCO LABS. Unlike the often white, male and tech-oriented hackathons, DisCOThons explicitly prioritise inclusivity, diversity and fun.
