This mapping is updated quarterly, according to our established Community Rhythms. It is also ratified through our quarterly Commitment Statement. Updates on this page are reflected in our Working Circles entry.

The availability percentage is the overall amount of time you will devote to DisCO during the quarter. For example, 100% would be full time (30 hours a week; 120 hours a month), 50% would be part-time (15 hours a week; 60 hours a month). If adjustments need to be made, the team would be informed so we could evaluate what the priorities are and accommodate the difference.

Mutual Support

Mutual Support buddies are chosen randomly using this tool every two weeks, making sure each person supports someone else and is supported in return by another person. Read more at the Mutual Support entry.
